Lorraine B. Gaulin, 86, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center surrounded by her family. Lorraine was born in Berlin on September 8, 1939 the daughter of the late Roland and Cecile (Lemieux) Langlois and was a lifelong resident. A graduate of Notre Dame High School class of 1958. Lorraine was a Girl Scout leader, founding Troop 811, enjoyed eating out, spending time with family. She was a very kind soul and was the best wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be truly missed.
She is survived by her children: Janet Berube and significant other Steven O. Roy of Gorham and Kristine Gaulin and significant other Mark Nadeau of Berlin; grandchildren: Tristen and wife Kiara, Autumn, Alexa, Cheyenne and Kaitlyn; great grandchild Lily; her sisters Priscilla Gallagher and Cecile Pepin and her husband Paul; a brother Robert “Bob” Langlois; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Normand Gaulin and a daughter Elaine Buteau.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 10am at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin with interment following at St. Kieran Cemetery, Berlin. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, September 16th from 6-8pm. Those who wish may make donations in her memory to help animals in need by donating to the Conway Area Humane Society, PO Box 260, Conway, NH 03818 or conwayhumane.org/donate/.
