1937 - 2013 NORTH ADAMS Lorraine P. (Masson) Lee, 75, of 45 Spring St., died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at her home.

Born in North Adams on Nov. 28, 1937, daughter of Gilbert and Pauline (Critelli) Masson, she attended local schools.

Lorraine worked at General Cable in Williamstown for 22 years until her retirement in 1995.

She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church. Lorraine had been a volunteer at North Adams Regional Hospital.

Her husband, John E. Lee, whom she married Jan. 1, 1958, died April 26, 2005.

Survivors include three daughters,Tina Rolnick and Cindy Richardson of North Adams, and Wendy Martin of Williamstown; one son, Peter J. Lee of Scottsboro, Ala.; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Raymond Masson of Pulaski, N.Y.; two sisters, Jeannette Sherman of Clarksburg and Jane Kenyon of North Adams, and nieces and nephews.

Her son, John Eugene Lee, died in 1963.

FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Lorraine Lee will be Monday, July 22, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Sherman Burbank Chapel in Williamstown. Burial will follow in Southview cemetery in North Adams. A calling hour at the Chapel will be Monday from 10 to 11 a.m.

Donations may be made in her memory to FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, MA 01247.
