Lorriane Joyce Anderson was born August 18, 1937, the daughter of Raynold and Vendla (Nordstrom) Anderson, in Kenmare. She was baptized and confirmed at Elmdale Lutheran Church in Niobe, where her faith journey began and remained an important part of her life.
