Lorraine B. Wagner, Born November 8, 1932, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023 in her home in Lakeside, VA at 91 years of age.
Lorraine was an entrepreneur at heart all of her life. In her fifties she realized her dream by becoming the owner of Stuart's Restaurant in Highland Springs, VA. She operated the business with her daughter, Beverly and other family members for over 20 years.
Lorraine is survived by 3 children; Steve Walton, Beverly Wong, and Hazel Basnight (Jimmy Basnight). She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Dean Walton, beside whom she will be laid to rest. Lorraine had 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service on January 2, 2024 at 1pm at the Mills and Walton Cemetery, Greenwood Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059
Immediately following the service, the family would like to invite everyone to a reception at Kitchen 33, 13155 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059
