Lou Cox Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel - Warren on Dec. 19, 2025.
Warren – Lou Anne Cox, 58 of Warren passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, December 17, 2025 at her home in Warren.

Lou Anne was born on July 25, 1967 in Warren, OH, a daughter of the late Louis Sr. and Charlene Jarvis.

She was a graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School and went on to work as a nurse's assistant in Ravenna for many years.

Besides being a proud homemaker, Lou Anne enjoyed going on road trips with her family. She liked going and seeing new places but also treasured times spent at home watching Charmed or cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lou Anne was a rock n' roll fan and was known for her excellent cooking. Most of all, she loved and cared for her family. She was honored and took pride in the opportunity to take care of her mother, Charlene, until her passing just two weeks ago. Lou Anne's compassion and kindness will be missed by all who knew her.

Lou Anne will always be remembered by her children, David (Jill) Cox and Jana (Richard) Cox; grandchildren, Ashton, Mi'Juana, Tony, and Baby Williams on the way; siblings, Bill Jarvis, Louis Jarvis II and Irene Jarvis and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Lou Anne was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of over 30 years, Kenneth Cox and sister, Elayne Midkiff.
