Louis (Lou) Leroy Hawver, 69, of Lake Geneva, WI, passed away on March 23rd, 2025. He was born September 8, 1955, son of Raymond Hawver and Florence Hawver (Johnson).

Lou married Linda Thom of Marshfield WI December 1978 in Marshfield at the Christ Lutheran Church. They didn't end up staying together but out of their love, had a daughter June Ann Hawver. Linda preceded him in death on December 25th 2022.

Lou worked multiple jobs including pipe fitting, truck driving, fishing guide, and cook.

He loved spending time doing wood working, cooking (his teriyaki kabobs and biscuits and gravy will be missed), fishing, hunting, gardening, playing games such as backgammon, cribbage, and hand and foot, and spending time with his friends and family.

Survivors include his daughter, June (Hawver) Kunze, sisters Rona (Frye) and Sue (Thatcher), and brother Raymond Hawver, along with many nieces, nephews, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond Sr and Florence and brothers Terry, Pat, Rusty, and Johnny.

Celebration of life with be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1pm to 4pm at Lou's home located at 600 Waverly, Lake Geneva.
