LOUIS LoCOCO Obituary

Louis S. LoCoco Sr.

"Together Again"

age 73, of Massillon, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Rose Lane Care Facility surrounded by his family. He was born November 4, 1947, in Chicago the son of the late August and Mary (Leodoro) LoCoco. Lou proudly served as an enlisted soldier in the Army during the Vietnam War with the 1st Calvary Division. Lou retired from Republic Steel after 30 years of service. He enjoyed camping, flying his airplanes, loved his dogs and spending time with his wife and family. His joy in life was bringing laughter and a smile to everyone.

Lou is survived by sons, Louie (Christine) LoCoco, Jr., Joe (Jana) LoCoco; daughter, Anna Marie (Mark) Wells; seven grandchildren, Tiffany, Hunter, Vendela, Joseph, Jacob, Paul, and Andie; brothers, Russell and Chris LoCoco; sister, Mary Lou LoCoco; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Dianna Mae (Myers) LoCoco (2018); brother, Michael LoCoco; sister, Grace LoCoco.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, 3655 Wales Rd. NW., Massillon at 2 pm. Condolences to the family may be made at: www.heitger.com
