Mr. Louis Robert "LR" Pittman age 97 of Graceville, FL and formerly of Campbellton peacefuly passed away Saturday December 11th at his residence.
Louis Robert Pittman, affectionately known as "LR" was born November 8, 1924 to Joshua and Maudie Lee Pittman in Campbellton, FL. He was a member of St. John A.M.E. Church in Campbellton, FL and served in the United States Army in WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Alneta Pittman, two brothers: Aaron Pittman and Hezekiah Pittman, and sister: Flettie Lee Winston.
He is survived by his children: Carol and Catherine Pittman of Campbellton, FL; Sharron Pittman of Macon, GA, Mattie Booker, Howard (Carolyn) McKinnie and Michael (Marilyn) Britt all of Campbellton, FL, Gene Otis (Jacquelyn) Daniels of Greenwood, SC; two sisters: Katrina Olds of Campbellton, FL and Kathleen L. Pittman of Peachtree Corners, GA; three brothers: James (Rebecca) Pittman, Nixon Daniels (Annie Mae) Pittman and Foy Lee (Viola) Pittman all of Campbellton, FL; one brother-in-law: Alfred (Henrietta) Johnson of Maplewood, NJ;. 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
