With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Louisa Ann Tullock, known by many as Lou, on February 18, 2025. She was 64 years old. Born in St. Louis Missouri on January 6, 1961, Lou lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering faith.

Louisa was a beacon of light, radiating love and joy to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Loved by many and returning that love tenfold. Lou's presence illuminated every room she entered, often sparking spontaneous dancing or singing of childhood songs. With a touch of "sauce" and a vibrant personality, Lou had a knack for making even ordinary moments extraordinary.

More than anything, Louisa was dedicated to being the best mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, friend, cousin, aunt, coworker, and so much more to many more. She poured her heart into every role, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those she cherished. Her children remember her infectious laughter, loud cheers of support, and her ability to bring out the good in any situation. Her love was a constant, a warm embrace that shaped their lives and gave them the confidence to face the world. It wasn't just in grand gestures, but in the small, everyday moments - a shared joke, a comforting hug, a prayer, a listening ear - that her love truly shone. It was a love that rippled outwards, touching everyone she knew and leaving the world a little brighter.

She is survived by her devoted mother, Emma Tullock (Adair), who cherished her deeply; her loving children, daughters Angie Masters (Marshall) and Trishka Sales (Powell) and husband Saulo Sales; and son Shane Powell; and her beloved grandchildren, Ciara Lane, Sadie Sales, Leighanna Powell, Camren Powell, and Jackson Powell. She also leaves behind her brother, Eddie Tullock, and wife Sherri Tullock (Ware); and her nieces and nephews, Matthew Tullock and wife Olivia Tullock (Braniger), Sarah Slatten (Tullock) and husband Noah Slatten and their daughter Isabella Tullock, Libby Tullock, Joey Tullock and his son Ethan Tullock, her bestie Dottie; and many cousins and close friends.

She now joins her beloved grandparents; her father, Frank Tullock; brother, Jimmy Tullock; her beloved aunts, Hazel, Mary, and Gladys; and her cousins, Judy, Angie, and Patsy, rejoicing in eternal peace. We picture her embraced by their love, bathed in the light of heaven, and finally free from earthly pain and sorrow. While we mourn her absence, we find comfort in knowing she is experiencing the joy of reunion and the promise of everlasting life.

Join us for a celebration of life service honoring Louisa at Sullivan Family Worship Center, 1388 S Service Rd, Sullivan, MO 63080, on Tuesday, February 25th at noon.

Louisa was one of my dear co-workers. She was loved by many. We will truly miss her smile, laughter, love, and hugs! I know she is in heaven and not suffering anymore. That is my comfort! I will see her again!

I met Louisa many years ago at Paramount Headwear. She worked with my mom, Cindia Bell. My mom thought so much of her. She is with her now. Louisa was a thoughtful caring person and love her kids and grandkids with all her heart. I pray she is at peace and her family will know she will be forever remembered for her loving heart.
