Penacook, NH - Louise Doris Bell, age 76 of Penacook, NH exchanged her Earthly Life for her Eternal Life on January 12, 2024, she was born in Manchester, NH on December 6, 1947 and was the Daughter of Harold Ballou of Randolph, VT and Erma (Morse) Sullivan of Manchester, NH.

She was predeceased by her Husband, Robert R. Bell, of Penacook, NH; father, Harold Ballou of Randolph, VT; Mother, Erma Sullivan of Manchester, NH; her bothers, Richard Ballou of AR, Ronald (Buddy) Ballou of Northwood, NH, and Harold Jr. (Skip) Ballou of Northwood, NH; and her sister, Carolyn (Ballou) Ricci of Houton, TX.

She is survived by her Sister Beverly (Ballou) Ballantine and her Husband John, of Zephyrhills, FL; her sons, Michael Ballou and his Wife Judy of Goffstown, NH, Shawn Ballou and his Wife Nancey of Daytona FL, Timmothy Ballou and his Wife Cathy of Manchester, NH, and Patrick Bell of Goffstown, NH; her Daughter, Heather Mitchell and Her Husband Lenny of Epsom, NH; grandchildren, Christopher Ballou of Derry, NH, Jennfier Hanley of Daytona, FL, Felicia Richardson of Daytona, FL, Joshua Gagnon of Manchester, NH, Shawn Ballou of Miami, FL, Tiffany Ballou of Dade City, FL, Elizabeth Ballou of Manchester, NH, Destynee Mitchell of Webster, NH, Jade Mitchell of Penacook, NH. and Dustin Bell of North Conway, NH; great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by all for her great hugs, beautiful smile and her corny jokes. She loved making hats and mittens for the homeless and was greatly involved with her church. We have comfort in knowing we will see her again in Heaven.
