Louise Lancaster Hicks

Louise Lancaster Hicks, 85, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 3, 2008.� Born in Clayton on August 24, 1922, she was the oldest daughter of Carl and Christine Lancaster of Garner.� She was a loving and caring wife for 66 years to Alfred Morgan Hicks, who preceded her in death in 2007. � She is survived by her son, Alfred Francis Hicks of Decatur, Alabama, and her daughter Dianne Hicks Cochran of Fuquay Varina.� Her grandchildren, Jason Hicks, Stefanie Hogan (Robert), Jodie Bibb, and Susan Cochran will deeply miss their "mema", as well as great grandchildren Michael Bibb, Shaelin Hogan, and Haley Bibb. � She is also survived by her brother J. Troy Lancaster of Raleigh, and sister, Alice Lancaster McKenzie of Laurinburg, along with many nieces and nephews. � In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jane Lancaster Aman. � Louise will be remembered�for her relationship with the Lord, wisdom, joy, sense of humor, and the lives she impacted. �
