God Bless her and her family. I remember her from my days as a student at Richmond Public Schools and a neighbor. I remember the talks we had and how she took me on a tour of her house.

We are so very sorry to learn about the passing of your beloved mother. I remember her fondly...For years, we worked across the hall from each other on the 13th Floor in City Hall. She was a real jewel...a wonderful, loving lady. Our thoughts and prayers are sent across the miles to you and the family.

I loved Ms Toney from the very first time I met her. I enjoyed taking care of her and the quiet times we spent together sitting on the picnic table under the tree. My favorite times were the walks we took down by the creek sitting on the pier watching the boats go by. I will never forget the canadian geese we both admired. I will always love and miss her.

I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Louise's passing. She was a real gem. I will always remember Aunt Louise's great wit, wisdom, humor and love of family. I also recall that she and my father were proud of the identical forehead scars they shared from an old childhood collision. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

To Mrs. Toney Family - I remember her when I attended Van De Vyver Catholic School and Maggie L. Walker High School. She was a wonderful person, sweet and always with a smile. My prayers are with the family.
