Lourdes Haza

Lourdes Haza, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on April 26, 1943, in Matanzas, Cuba, to Enrique Haza and Moraima del Portillo.

Lourdes grew up in Cuba until 1962, when she moved to Miami, Florida, beginning a new chapter filled with courage, faith, and determination. In December 1963, she married Conrado Alpizar, and together they shared many years of love and family until 1991.

Lourdes lived her life with a deep sense of purpose and compassion. Her strong sense of duty, loyalty, work ethic, faith, and her never-ending desire to help those in need inspired everyone who knew her to strive to be the best version of themselves. She loved the beach, swimming, playing the piano, and enjoying her favorite foods; especially Mexican dishes and her cherished visits to Luby's.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Enrique and Moraima Haza; her brother, Enrique Lázaro Haza; and her sister, Judit Haza.

Lourdes is survived by her loving daughters, Lizette Stillabower and Ivette Sieggreen; her beloved son, Conrad Alpizar; her cherished grandchildren, Jason, Arielle, Zane, Brady, Dylan, Larissa, Allie, and Lexi; her adored great-grandchildren, Adam, Carolina, Logan, Conrad, Isla, Judah, and Jason; and her sister, Moraima Gregorio. She will also be remembered fondly by many extended family members and friends whose lives she touched.

Pallbearers are Shawn Stillabower, Jon Wolf, Brady Abernathy, and Jason Humble.

Lourdes's legacy of love, faith, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
