Lowell Leon Breeding Sr., 85, of Neptune Beach, FL, passed away on September 11, 2025. He was born in Big Creek, West Virginia, on October 16, 1939.
A well-known and respected figure in the local fishing community, Lowell spent countless hours on the water and earned a reputation as a skilled and dedicated fisherman. His knowledge, experience, and steady presence made a lasting impression on those who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Priscilla (PK) Breeding; daughter, Jacqueline Heller; sons, Ted, Norman, and Jason Wilderotter; brother, James Breeding of Ormond Beach, FL; grandchildren, Logan Breeding, and Caitlin Strate. He was preceded in death by his son Lowell (Bubba) Breeding Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on September 26, 2025, at Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home, 3600 Third Street South, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
