I worked for Lowell Randall at Martin Cold Flow Lab in Colorado from 1960-1962. He was Section Chief. It was a nice crew to work with. I was a "Computor" and did data reduction for the test firings of the Titan engines.

I met Lowell online through our common interest in experimental rocketry. He visited a rocket launch I hosted and kept us all enraptured as he talked about his experiences for hours after dinner. He thought he was boring us, but we held on to every word. I visited his home in Las Cruces a couple times and found him to be an amazing person. The lessons I learned from him will endure for a long time, I continue to pass his wisdom down to new rocket experimenters. Thank you Lowell, I miss you.

I lived in New Mexico for 5 years and was able to attend their university
and get an associates in NDT and be around the space museum in Alamagordo. This persons story was so interesting and I love writing
life stories. Thanks for sharing this one. He had such a full life to be
96 at his passing. Then to get into engineering because he layed someone's carpet is every young person's dream come true.
I was able to work at McDonnel Douglas and work in the Quality Improvement Center because of my AAS degree.

To the Randall Family:
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you find comfort from God's word, the Bible. James 4:8 encourages; "Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you."
My condolences,
SJB.

My deepest sympathy for the family. The World does Marvel at someone with strength and longevity as Lowell had. In fact, the scriptures in Psalms 90:10 calls it "Special Mightiness". May the God of comfort be with you today.

My dear departed husband, Edward Snow, was originally from Las Cruces and also worked at White Sands. They may have worked together since he worked on the first man on the moon project. His final work was done in Mississippi, but before that, he worked at Huntsville. Rest in Peace and may God bless your soul and your family.
