She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Virgil Lee Williams (1996); her children, Brian K. Williams (2004) and Verna M. Gulley (2008); her parents, Lora B. Williams (1987) and James R. Montgomery (1995); her sister, Jaqueline Montgomery (1973); and her brother, Frank Montgomery (2024).
Peggy is survived by her children: Teresa L. Scott (Felix Scott Jr.), Vincent L. Williams, Frank A. Williams (Marcie Williams), and Cynthia Y. Perkins (Marcus Perkins); and by her grandchildren: Tenyca Shirley, Miechia Gulley, Felix Scott III, Chantel Williams, Brian Keith Williams, Tera Toliver, Terance Scott, Sharice Williams, LeaTrisha Bonati, and Alicia Williams. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She leaves behind her sister, Dorthea Dowen, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other beloved relatives.
Loyce loved God and remained faithful and devoted throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
