Dr. Dowd began treating me and my wife as his patients in 1991 when we move to East Texas. He was a great dentist and very down-to-earth, always putting you at ease in the dental chair. It was so sad to hear of his passing, because he truly treated us like family. I know he'll be sorely missed, but I am confident he is celebrating with our Lord in a far better place. Our sincere condolences to Tanya and the family. David & Oma Lelek
