Hi Nonno,
I just wanted to say thank you for being the best grandfather I could ask for. You grew the best figs I ever ate, and made the best orange juice I ever drank. For me, one of your most loving moments was when we went fishing together and I cried and begged you to release the fish back in the water and to not eat them. I didn't know you were trying to catch your lunch. I will always remember the way you quickly unhooked each fish because I was panicking, and for letting me continue to join you on your fishing trips, knowing that I would beg you to release the fish each time. Know that I am still singing the Canadian anthem for you, in English and French, just how you like it. I miss you very much, and I love you. Wish we could of had more time together.
