As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

My wife and I met Lucile when she moved in across the street from us three years ago. We had an instant connection and spent countless hours talking and laughing. She had the best stories about her time in the Army in Germany.
She was our closest friend and will miss her dearly.

Lucile
My wife and I met Lucile when she moved in across the street from us three years ago. We connected immediately and became close friends. The three of us would sit and talk and laugh for hours and share stories of our lives. There was one night we were having dinner together, and my wife had made turnip for a side and Lucile told us about how her mom would make turnip but also would use the greens, so the next time around my wife made that turnip with the greens. She graduated from Camden high school then enlisted in the army in 1972 and earned a bachelors degree in accounting from Ashford University in Maryland. She spent 35 years in Germany with the army. She loved sharing her memories of her time in Germany. She was our dearest friend and will be missed daily.
