It was a pleasure to know Lucille Gibson (I called her Mrs. Gibson out of great respect for her). I visited her at her home a few times. Even when she did not feel the greatest, she would always offer me something to eat and drink. I will never forget her hospitality, love and warmth. I also remember when I took her out to eat at her favorite restaurant in town with my kids one day. My children instantly fell in love with her and called her "grandma". Her smile and love drew young and old alike to her. I will never forget her warmth and kindness. Though I knew her for a short time, I have fond memories of her. May God bless the loved ones she has left behind.

I loved Mrs. Gibson as my own Grandmother, I will miss her dearly. My children will miss her very much also.
