Auburn - Lucille "Lou" Jordan 62 of Auburn, passed with dignity and grace at Hospice House on Tuesday June 14th after struggling several months with cancer. Lucille was born January 21, 1949 a daughter of the late William Gagne Jr. and Therese Fournier Gagne. Lucille worked for years in the banking field and for the past 7 years was a valued volunteer at the Franco-American Heritage Center. Lucille"s faith, friends and family kept her strong over the past months. Lucille was very active in her community and was recognized as such by receiving the Mayoral VIBE Award (Volunteers Inspire by Example) last year.. She is survived by her three sons: Scott Jordan and his wife Carrie of Portland and Scott?s son Devon of Hawaii, Bruce Jordan of Afghanistan and his daughter Tiffany of Livermore Falls, Shawn Jordan and his wife Jamie and their children Christian and Danika Jordan of Auburn, her sister Jackie Heiniv and husband David of New York, her three brothers, Robert and his wife Carrie of Linwood Washington, Ronald Gagne and his companion Anne of Auburn Washington, Michel Gagne of Lewiston, three special friends she considered sisters, Rita Dube of Lewiston, Jeanne Begin of Lisbon and Kathy Perkins of Livermore. Lucille will be remembered as a strong, loving and vibrant lady who brought smiles and caring to those who knew and loved her. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all those whose lives she touched. Heaven is being blessed with someone very special. Visitation Fortin / Lewiston Thursday 6 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Cross Church Friday 11:00 AM. Committal St. Peter's Cemetery. To "Lou" family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Lou was a very special friend going back to high school. We went our seperate ways, but always found a way to keep our friendship. She was a very special person. Always had a smile for everyone no matter how she felt. She will be dearly missed.

I worked with your mom many years ago at Mid Maine savings Bank, she was a great lady, we had so many laughs together, I was fortunate to run into her about 6 months ago she was smiling like usual. I wanted to say how sorry I am to hear that your mom had passed, she talked about you boys all the time at the bank. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time
