Lucille E. Murawski

Lucille E. Murawski, age 92 of Marysville, passed away on January 1, 2026, the Lord took her peacefully. She was born on April 23, 1933 in Port Huron to the late Lawrence and Mary Gill. She married Clarence Murawski on June 9, 1951 in Port Huron, he preceded her in death in October of 2001.

She was an active resident of Vicksburg Hall in Marysville and also in the community. Lucille was a longtime supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She enjoyed fishing, playing card games and board games and listening to country music. She also enjoyed feeding and watching hummingbirds.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Elizabeth Murawski, grandchildren; Elizabeth (Emiliano) Cavasos, Timothy J. Murawski, Mikey Murawski, and Melissa Murawski, 10 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by sons; Clarence Murawski Jr. and Michael Lee Murawski, and a granddaughter, April Lee Murawski.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 1:00pm in the Jowett Funeral Home - 1634 Lapeer Ave., Port Huron. Minister Shaun Laurain will officiate. The burial will be in Caswell Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Wednesday from 11:00am until time of service at 1:00pm.
