LUIS CUMBA WAS MY EXTENDED FAMILY FOR THE LAST 39 YEARS . I HAVE LOST MY CONFIDANT AND BROTHER. WE MADE A DIFFERANCE AS CLEVELAND POLICE CAPTAINS AS WE SERVED AND LIVED A TRUE ADVENTURE THAT WILL PROVIDE ME WITH A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES. LUIS WAS A DEDICATED AND SERIOUS MAN WITH THE HEART OF A LION AND I KNOW HE WILL CONTINUE TO STAR AS HE PATROLS THE HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN.
