I just wanted to extend my profound heart felt condolences to the Rojas Family. I really send extra prayers and special thoughts you Elsa, his loving wife for many years. As Izzy, your daughter and my co-worker at NYCT, shared so many wonderful stories about you Ms Elsa and your husband Luis. Especially, of how you all enjoyed celebrating Halloween. She shared pictures from the last celebration and they were amazing. Please know that I will continue to keep the Rojas family in my thoughts and prayers, during this very difficult time.

The first time I met SSG Rojas, was about a year ago during one of the trainings with the SCSG. We were always happy to see each other. He was always like a brother to me and would always make me laugh and smile when he got the chance. Brother you will be missed.
