Luke was always an uplifting spirit on the trail. I will always fondly remember his positive, unflappable attitude on Pikes Peak. It was clear he shared a close bond with his family and their shared love of the outdoors. My prayers are with you all and may the many positive memories from his life bring you comfort at this difficult time.

Luke´s smile, his giving nature, and his ability to keep everything light and positive will be most missed by me. I am so honored to have met and climbed Pike´s Peak with him on numerous occasions. My deepest condolences to the entire family. May God provide you comfort in your loss. He was one of the best young men that I have been around, and his spirit and memories will always be with us.

I am so sorry to hear of Luke's passing. He was always a strong presence on our AdAmAn hikes in terms of a constant willingness to help others, his wonderful sense of humor, and an unbreakable spirit whenever the trail threw challenges our way. Luke is greatly missed and will live in all our memories each day, but especially every time we renew our annual hike up Pikes Peak. My deepest condolences to the Stark family and all of Luke's friends.
