Luke Edward Whalen

Over the past decade we shared many laughs, a few tears, hugs, steak dinners and lots of time watching his favorite shows while our dogs played. A friendship that endures that long, in spite of so many differences, is something of a miracle. I am grateful for every moment. You are always in my heart, but I will miss you every day anyway. It is with sadness that I write these words. Being the youngest child ln a strong, successful family can be difficult. I worked with Luke in his middle school years, helping him improve his writing skills. He was always equipped with a sense of humor and a smile. Without him knowing, he brightened my life.
