Lupe Evridge Obituary
Lupe and her husband, of 48 years, loved to travel to Europe and RV'ing around the United States, visiting many cities in their motorhome. She never met a stranger, enjoying meeting new friends. Just driving around made her very happy. Lupe later joined a few Women's RV clubs, including 'Sisters on the Fly' and 'Getaway Gal's'. She pulled her own travel trailer behind her truck all over Texas. Lupe loved being out on the open road. She was an animal lover, especially to her own pets, Dusty the dog and July & Jimmy the cats. Lupe also had a passion for sewing. She was an excellent seamstress, loving to make her family and friends quilts. Lupe loved her family most of all. Her love and commitment to her family, was exemplified through her sacrifices and hard work throughout her life.
Lupe is preceded in death by her parents Della and Marcelo Hernandez, sister Linda Scroggins, and brother Joe Hernandez.
She is survived by her husband Kim Evridge, son Stephen Wade Evridge and wife Rebecca, daughter Meridith Evridge-Rodriguez and husband Ralph, stepdaughter Krystal O'Banion and husband Shawn, grandchildren Allison, Vanessa, Sailor, Scout, Kamryn, William, Beau, Catherine, numerous great grandchildren, and multiple extended family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield, TX. Graveside services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche, TX.
In lieu of flower, the family asks that donations be made in Lupe's name to the American Cancer Society.

We always had a great time playing BINGO at the local church. Lupe was a sweet soul and her smile was just beautiful. Her sas always kept us laughing! I will miss her dearly, but know she is pain free in Heaven. Shine down on your girls sweet Lupe. Until we meet again

I live you my Sister, my beautiful friend. I am so sad right now, but I know Lupe is in a better place.
We met through our memberships in several camping clubs, which I have stayed in contact with her the past few years of her illness, and got a chance to get to know her better. She was a lovely soul, and I will truly miss her shining spirit.
She gave had a hard fight, and never complained. I would like to think we drew inspiration from each other´s illnesses.
She has truly earned her wings, and can now rest in eternal peace.

Meridith is one of my dear friends, I know they loved to play bingo together. A little over a year ago they let myself and some of our other friends join in! It was such a good time, I think Everyone won except for me! We played bingo, ate snacks, and just talked. She kept getting onto Meridith & I for Talking too much since then we had text a few times and even on her worst of days her concern was still for her family. She lived and breathed for them and I hope That I am at least half the woman that she is.

Meridith Lupe´s daughter is one of my dear friends, I know They loved to play bingo together ! A little over a year ago they let me & some other ladies join in it was such a good time I´m pretty sure they all won but me lol She kept getting on to Meridith & I for talking ! Since we had texted a few times and her main concern was just making sure her family would be ok. The short time that I knew Her I could see she lived and breathed for her family. That is all that matters in life and I hope That I´m at least half the woman she is. Rest in peace angel
