Lydia Jones Obituary
It is with great sadness the family of Lydia Jimenez Jones announce her passing on September 18, 2024 at the age of 81, in the comfort of her home in Houston, Texas.
Lydia is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Jones; parents, Carlos Jimenez, Sr. and Dolores Jimenez; aunt, Cecilia Jimenez; siblings, Dolores Ojeda, Carlos Jimenez, Jr. (Marilyn), Estanislado Jimenez (Susie), Francisco Jimenez (Connie). She is survived by her siblings, Josephine Ojeda (Alex), Aurora Alvarado (Lupe), Jesus Jimenez, Teresa Gamez, Martha Santos (Michael) and Johnny Jimenez (Rosie).
Lydia had a lengthy career as a retail store manager in which she created a family atmosphere with her employees. She enjoyed cooking and celebrating birthdays, holidays and accomplishments with them.
She will be deeply missed and live forever in our hearts.
