I will miss you Lyle

He played at the International Schooner in Ballard in the 1980’s. He could take a classical tune and make a polka out of it.
He was a brilliant virtuoso.
His music had feeling. I’ll miss him.

I met Lyle back in the 60's while attending Puyallup High school. We shared interests in accordions and high school football. He had a big smile and infectious laugh that would light up a room. Losing him so unexpectedly was not on the radar.

I met Lyle when he was playing accordion at a Mountaineers weekend in 1983. A few years later, he came to California to play at my wedding. I am grateful for his generous spirit and toe-tapping music.

Thank you Lyle for all the wonderful times you played for our residents at Olympics West. They really enjoyed your music and will miss you very much. our condolences go out to you and your family. You are Truly missed God Bless, everyone form Olympics West.

Lyle was a great accordion player, we enjoyed dances at the Renton Senior Center, etc.

Lyle was a great friend and neighbor. We will miss him. Too early to leave this great place, Gar & Arline

Lyle was a good friend to my brother Dale. He would often come over and entertain my parents with the accordion in his younger days. We loved Lyle.

Dearest cousin, you have meant so much to our family. You were a lovely person, kind, generous, and fun. I will miss your laugh, and beautiful music forever.

Lyle touched many lives through his accordion music, one of the most caring person I’ve ever known, RIP Lyle, you are loved and will be missed by many!
