Lyndall Ray Shell Jr.

Lyndall Ray Shell, Jr., age 60, of Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at his residence. He was born on Sunday, July 25, 1965, in Winnfield, Louisiana.

Lyndall was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He enjoyed riding his four-wheelers and had a deep appreciation for cars. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family, especially the moments he shared with his beloved granddaughter, Scarlett, who held a special place in his heart.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lyndall Ray Shell, Sr.; his mother, Margaret Faye Heyse Shell; and his brother, Randall Lynn Shell.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Wendy Shell; his son, Chase Shell; his granddaughter, Scarlett Shell; his sisters, Sonja, Jennifer, and Kim; his brothers, Richard Shell and Johnny Worsham; and his special cousins, Stacey O'Bryan and Lacey Garner, along with a host of extended family and friends.

A time of visitation will be held at First Assembly of God on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and again on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 20, 2026, at First Assembly of God, with Rev. Shaun Garner officiating.

Interment will follow in Jordan Hill Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
