Lynette Sue McKinley, 79, of Anderson, passed away January 13, 2026.
She was born on July 26, 1946, in Muncie, Indiana to the late Bennie and Kathleen Frances Cunningham and was a former Muncie and Vevay resident before moving to Anderson.
She was a 1965 graduate of Muncie Southside High School. Following a career as a secretary for over 20 years she retired from Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She enjoyed photography, sightseeing, the Ohio River, watching the Colts, and beating her son at Jeopardy every single time they played.
Survivors include her son, Ryan Lee (Lisa) McKinley of Pendleton, and grandchildren, Micah M. McKinley and Olivia Grace McKinley.
She was preceded in death in death by her parents; brother, Bill Cunningham; and her former husband, Richard Lee McKinley.
A celebration of life gathering will be held from 12 to 3 pm, Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 East State Street, Pendleton, Indiana 46064.
