LYNN THERESE EIFEL

Lynn Therese Eifel, age 74, of Lakewood, Ohio, born December 27, 1951, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 30, 2026.

Lynn was a graduate of Nazareth High School in Parma, OH. She dedicated many years to the care of children at both St. Luke's Catholic School and Holy Family Learning Center in Lakewood, OH, where her kindness and steady presence left a lasting impact on the children and families she served. Lynn loved horses and summer boat rides. She was a talented seamstress, sewing many of her daughters' dresses and her children's costumes, creating cherished memories throughout their childhood.

Lynn maintained a sense of humor until the very end. She had an unwavering devotion to her faith and family. She was a devout, lifelong Catholic and faithful follower of Christ, living her faith quietly through service, love, and perseverance.

Lynn was the loving wife of William "Bill" Eifel and a devoted mother to Colleen Forster (Jeff), Maggie Doida (Stan), Daniel Eifel, and Scott Eifel. She was a proud grandmother to Riley and William Forster, Savannah and Landon Eifel, and Kira and Eva Doida, who brought her great joy. She was an Aunt, Great Aunt, cousin, and dear friend to many more.

She is survived by her siblings Jan McLaughlin (Don), and Dennis Cleary (Anne Hornacky), and was preceded in death by her sister Gail Cleary and her parents Francis "Bill" Cleary and Jean Cleary.

Lynn will be remembered for her deep faith, quiet strength, love for family, and unwavering dedication to those she cared for throughout her life.

Funeral Mass St. Luke Church Clifton Blvd. and Bunts Rd. Saturday, February 7 at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, Avon. Friends may call at the McGORRAY-HANNA FUNERAL HOME OF LAKEWOOD 14133 DETROIT AVE. FRIDAY FROM 4-7 P.M.
