Lynn "Buck" Peacock

Lynn "Buck" Peacock, 85, of Greenfield passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Golden Living Center in Greenfield. He was born January 17, 1935 in Scott Co. Indiana the son of the late Loren W. and Pauline (Everhart) Peacock. Buck was a truck driver for many years and retired from Teamsters Local # 135 after many years of service, worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation and was a member of the Wilkinson Church of Christ. Survivors include son, Douglas (Desa) Peacock of Fortville; daughter, Sherri (Michael) Crider of Greenfield; five grandchildren, Bryce (Whitney) Crider, Adam (Emily) Crider, Kyle (Kelsi) Peacock, Kollin (Aubrey) Peacock and Kaylee Peacock, great grandchildren, Isabella, Austin, Carson, Nolan, Gracie, Maverick, Claire, Kylee and Myles, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Gwen (Rozzell) Peacock and sister Lois Jones. Due to Covid19 the family has requested there be a private family visitation and funeral service with burial at McCray Cemetery.
