Lynn Joseph Shaw

Lynn, Rip as many knew him, passed away at home on the morning of September 25, 2025. Lynn Joesph Shaw was born to Virginia Lee (Rush) and Leonard Eugene Shaw of Platte City, MO. He was preceded in death by his father and sister Gay Lee Shaw of Weston, MO. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Mae (Davidson) Shaw of Camden Point, MO. Daughters, Jesie Mae Shaw of Camden Point and Sarah Lyn (Jacob) Smith of Mount Vernon, MO. Grandchildren Nevada Shaw, Ezekial and Issac Smith. Mother, Virigina Hearth and niece Holly Shaw of Leavenworth, KS. And many other family members and friends.

Lynn married Cindy on April 24, 1982. They settled down outside of Camden Point, in 1992. Lynn worked several jobs throughout his life: maintenance, handyman and farming. Lynn enjoyed being outdoors. He was passionate about gardening, mushroom and artifact hunting. Lynn loved trapping, bow hunting (deer and turkey), and fishing in his spare time.
