Lynne Ruth Vich, 79, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away on October 20, 2025, from natural causes at
Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born on November 1, 1945, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, to Glen Erwin Outcalt and Ruth D. Burroughs Outcalt.

Lynne graduated from Arrowhead High School in Hartland, Wisconsin, in 1963.

In 1964, Lynne married Marshall Vich. The couple lived at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota before settling in Mexico, Missouri, in 1974. There, Lynne worked as a waitress for nearly 3 decades at Gasper's and later served as a Correctional Officer at CTCC before retiring in 2017.

Lynne was a woman of many talents and passions. She loved playing her accordion and often competed in talent shows. A devoted dancer, she was known as a great polka dancer. She was also an avid equestrian and a proud member of the Rapid City Saddle Club as well as the Wrangler Saddle Club, where she and her beloved horse, Gypsy, won numerous trophies, ribbons, and plaques in barrel racing and pole bending events.

She was preceded in death by her parents Glen Erwin Outcalt and Ruth Outcalt, sister Joyce McConnell, her brother-in-law Joe McConnell, sister-in-law Diane Outcalt, and granddaughter Kaylee Blake Comer.

Lynne is survived by her children: son, Jeffery Alan Vich and his wife Dawn Vich, and daughter, Jolene Vich Garnett; grandchildren Matthew Vich, Jonathan Vich, Dustin Vich, and Jaden Garnett; great-granddaughter Clara Kate Comer; brother Alan Outcalt; sister Janice Fischer and her husband Donald Fischer; sister Arlene DeSmith, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Lynne's hometown of Hartland, WI on November 8, 2025.
