She was born on December 22, 1953, in Gary, IN, the daughter of Harry and Jeanette (Lottes) Ewen. Lynne was a proud graduate of Griffith High School, Class of 1972. She worked at Donaldson's for more than 20 years, where she was known for her strong work ethic and friendly nature.
Lynne was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Rensselaer. She had a zest for life and a love of adventures. She enjoyed traveling, taking bus tours, and was thrilled to check off her bucket-list trip to Alaska. In her free time, she loved gardening, collecting, and shopping. Above all, Lynne cherished time spent with her family and her beloved dog, Echo.
She is survived by her children, Jason (Jamie) Schroeder of Medora, IN; Bryan (Thomas Fehn) Zingg of Fishers, IN; and Tarah (Wade) Whitaker of Battleground, IN; grandchildren, Trenton (Jodi) Schroeder, Cooper Schroeder, Braxtyn Zingg, Hensley Gephart, and Jaxson Whitaker; and great-grandchildren, Kyler and Kyren. Also surviving are her siblings, twin sister Lynda Ewen, Mike Ewen, Debbie VanMeter, Jim Ewen, Judy Ewen, Sandy Ewen, and Larry Ewen.
Lynne was preceded by her parents and one sister, Kathy Schultz.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 11:00 AM. to 3:00 PM CT at Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer. The funeral service will take place on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM CT at Jackson Funeral Chapel with Pastor Sean Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Rensselaer.
Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church of Rensselaer.

I grew up with Lynne on the same block, near Eldon Ready School. Very kind person and fun to be around. My condolences to all of her family and friends.
