Lynnette Marie Beckley, 65, went to be with her Lord on Feb. 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Born May 1, 1960, in Suffolk, England, Lynn lived in several places throughout her life, including Hawaii, Colorado and Kansas, but Alaska was always home. It was there that she met her high school sweetheart and future husband, Tim; there that they raised their five children; and there that she created a home filled with warmth, laughter and unwavering love.
Throughout her life, Lynn wore many hats. She worked at a chocolate factory and served as a secretary at Crawford Elementary, Eielson Jr./Sr. High School, and Hutchison High School. She also volunteered countless hours supporting her children’s extracurricular activities. Yet above all else, she was devoted to being a full-time mother and later grandmother; the roles she cherished most and carried out with tireless love, patience and strength.
Lynn was a devoted Christian whose faith shaped her life each day. Her relationship with the Lord was the source of her resilience, her kindness and her deep compassion for others. Her faith was evident not only in her words, but in the way she lived, through service, generosity and steadfast love.
She will be remembered for baking the very best chocolate chip cookies and pancakes, tending her beautiful gardens, crocheting with care, and faithfully hosting Taco Night. Most of all, she will be remembered for the home she created a place of comfort, good food, open doors and constant welcome.
Lynn is survived by her loving husband, Timothy Beckley; her children, Joshua Beckley (Sheena Cummings), Kimberly (Matthew) Fuller, Daniel Beckley (Sara Peck), Amy (Steven) Castello and Isaac Beckley; and her cherished grandchildren, Jaren, Jacob, Jillian, Ian, Zoe, Eva, Jaleeya, Brody, Alexia, Brianna, Lily, Addisyn, Karis and Amelie.
She is also survived by her siblings, Denise (Henry) Rosoff, Chris (Randy) Norton, Kevin McCoid, Teresa (Bob) Hohbein, Greg McCoid and Dee (Andy) Heavenridge; her mother-in-law, Para Lea Beckley; her sisters-in-law, Phylis (Jim) Benich and Marion Beckley; and many nieces, nephews and extended family who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father, Howard McCoid; her mother, Alice McCoid; her father-in-law, Phillip E. Beckley; her brother-in-law, Phillip L. Beckley; and her niece, Dodi Tucker.
Lynn will be deeply missed, but her love, her faith and the traditions she so faithfully built will continue to live on through the family she devotedly nurtured.
The family plans to hold a celebration of life in the summer of 2026.
