Lynora Budd Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Perinchief Chapels - Mount Holly on Mar. 4, 2026.
Beloved sister Lynora "Lynn" Budd of Southampton, New Jersey, passed away at the age of 79 on February 24, 2026. A sister is a unique blessing that will last forever in our hearts. With a smile on her face, her passing was quiet and comfortable that evening at her sister Salli and Ed Lemke's home.

Lynn was affectionately known to her family as "Buttons" and led an active life. She enjoyed playing the accordion, dancing, she was a model while attending the Patricia Stevens Modeling School, and was active in her ski club, even becoming an instructor. Growing up, Lynn played a central role at home as the first born of 8 children. Lynn was proud of her Catholic faith and made sure that the family attended St. Eugenes every Sunday. She was a dedicated student and upon graduating from Nicolet High School, went on to become a legal secretary for over 20 years at Foley and Lardner law firm and continued her legal secretarial skills in Philadelphia. She also became a security guard at Cherokee High School in Evesham Township. Lynn met the love of her life, Tom Budd, at the age of 37 and they were married at St. Anthony's church in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Tom and Lynn moved to Mt. Laurel, New Jersey where her love for dogs blossomed. She trained Black Labradors for field trials, competed in field trials, judged field trials and traveled to many states for competitions, winning several awards. It turned out that all activities regarding dogs was very important to her. She loved gardening and always had massive amounts of beautiful flowers at her home in Southampton. During the summer months, Tom and Lynn hosted her family to many memorable vacations at Barnegat Light on Long Beach Island, New Jersey.

Lynn is survived by her loving husband Thomas Budd, 5 sisters; Cheri Bliss (Gene) Samson, Salli (Ed) Lemke, Tammy (Jerry) Dwyer, Holly (Dave) Martin, Carol (Larry) Pozarski, and 3 brothers; Bruce Wojcicchowski, Frank Wojciechowski and Perry (Melanie) Wojciechowski.
