M. Jane Einstein, age 93, beloved mother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026, at Morton Hospital in Taunton, following a brief illness. Born on June 14, 1932, in Plymouth, MA, she was the daughter of the late Terrence and Loumina (Savard) McManus. Jane was a long-time resident of Middleboro, where she dedicated many years of her life to serving the community as a customer service representative for the former Middleboro Trust, which later became Rockland Trust.

Jane was the loving wife of the late Joseph V. Einstein Jr. Together, they shared a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Charles J. Einstein and his wife Bonnie, Joseph T. Einstein and his wife Brenda, Karen Cunningham and her husband Steven, Stephen M. Einstein and his wife Karen, Lynda A. Howard and her husband Dana, and Thomas E. Einstein. In addition, Jane was a proud grandmother to Melanie Fields and her husband David, Steven Cunningham Jr. and his wife Lisabeth, Derek Howard and his wife Carissa, Janelle Howard and her husband Kyle, Kelcy Cotter and her husband Patrick, Stephen Einstein Jr., and Jaclynn Vayo and her husband Ryan, as well as the joyful matriarch to nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her identical twin sister, Janet Keller, of Ohio, along with many nieces and nephews who adored her.

Jane was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jane's memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting her compassionate spirit and love for helping others.

Rest in peace, dear Jane. Your legacy of love will live on through all those you touched.
