Mable Catherine Lynch Dykes entered into eternal peace on January 12, 2023 at Park Terrace Nursing Home.
She was the daughter of the late Paul and Lucille Finley. She was preceded in death by her 2 husbands Floyd Lynch and Owen Dykes. She had 4 brothers and 3 sisters who also preceded her in death. She is survived by 1 sister, Nancy Johnson of Okatie, SC.
She was the mother of 3 children, Larry Lynch (Mary) of Scottsdale, AZ, Brenda Pierce (Jim) of Louisville,KY and Julie Regan (Ron) of Louisville, KY.
She had 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
She was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church and loved the southern gospel quartets that came to Cloverleaf.
She was mostly a stay at home mom but then worked in retail after her children were older.She enjoyed bowling and was in several leagues. She loved traveling and seeing the beautiful sights and natural wonders of the U.S.
She will be at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy for visitation from 10:00 until 8:00 on Sunday January 15, 2023, and visitation also on Monday January 16, 2023 from 11:00 until 1:00.Funeral service will be at Owen Funeral Home at 1:00 on Monday with burial at Bennett Cemetery in Custer, KY.
