Mac is survived by his mother, Claudia Anne Machtolff; sister, Maggie Crisler (Daniel); aunts and uncles, John and Cindy Adams, Paul and Teresa Machtolff, Ernie and Ann Rivard, Brent and Pam Shaver, and John Michael Machtolff; and cousins, Josh Wise (Alexis), Kate Wise Knecht (John), Tucker Shaver (Katherine), Will Rivard (Brittany), Rob Rivard, Ben Machtolff, Rachel Machtolff Rose (Cody), Andrew Machtolff, Molly Machtolff, Anne Catherine Machtolff Beasley (Josh), and Jennifer Adams DeMorse (Timothy). He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Alan Machtolff; aunt, Elizabeth Wise; and cousin, Marshall Shaver.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Crisler, Paul Machtolff, Andrew Machtolff, Sam Wright, Jack Wright, Josh Beasley, Tim "Demo" DeMorse, Rob Rivard, Chase Garrett, and Johny White.
