I happened to see this remembrance Of Hoy and it brought many good memories of him and his family. They brought peace and gentleness to our little Brookvalley Church. Their lives were not always easy but I believe the Holy Spirit brought them to us at that time.

I saw Norma Hyde's daughter Amy the other day and she mentioned to me that Hoy had fallen asleep in the Lord. What great memories and love I have of Hoy and Jary!
This is a little late but I just typed in Hoy's name and looked for the obituary to find the information and to let you know I was thinking of you all even after all these years! What an impact Hoy had on my spiritual life. It is my hope and prayer that I can be as fine a Christian as Hoy and be with God in eternity as I know he is. May Hoy's memory be eternal! May the family be blessed and comforted by God.

I am so sorry to hear of Hoy's passing but know that Heaven rejoices at his arrival. It's been many years but Hoy was our pastor at Brookvalley Church in Atlanta and he and his family were dear to my late husband, John, and I. I have fond memories of those days.
