Mack Emerman

A great man, a great innovator, and a great friend. A True lover of life.

Mac was recording jingles with my pianist John Musick, Alan Dean, Jerry Marshall and Sue Lawton on vocals. Thy were taping in his living room in Hollywood and I was his A&R in his garage. I go way back with Mac. His wife Chili was a member of our Unitarian-Universalist Congregation of Miami. He will be sorely missed. In 1959 he produced my album "Package". My condolences to the family.

First, my heartfeld sympathy to Mr. Emerman's family and friends. I was stunned to see he was born in Erie, so was I, and I now live in the Sarasota, FL. area. After reading this, I want to know everything about those years. Talk about a self-made man, simply astounding. Mr. Emerman's life story would make an Oscar-worthy movie, in my humble opinion. Godspeed.

I am so sorry for your great loss. I recently lost my father, and the pain can be so deep. May the God who is 'binding up the broken hearted and comforting those mourning' sustain you during this difficult time. (Isa.61:1,2). Again, my deepest sympathies.
