Mack Patterson

Mack "Mackadon" Patterson Jr. was born to his parents, Mack Patterson Sr. and Eloise Patterson in Charleston, South Carolina on January 24, 1974. Mack departed this life on Saturday April 27, 2024. Mack was proceeded in death by his parents, Mack Patterson Sr. and Eloise Patterson and his sister, Hortense McCoy.
Mack had a love for welding. He received his certifications in welding, mining safety and health, and OSHA. He was the CEO/Owner of Patterson Welding Services. He had a long-standing career for 30 years
doing what he loved.
Mack worked at Prestige Iron Works in Lancaster, SC where he dedicated himself to his craft of welding. Outside of work, he enjoyed fixing vehicles, cooking out and entertaining family and friends. He took great pride in his work and was highly respected by his family and friends. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He was well loved by his community.
Left to mourn his passing and cherish fond memories are his devoted and loving wife of 16yrs Kory Chanel Cantey-Patterson, two daughters, Tyleasha Cantey & Ja`Kia Gathers, three grandchildren, Khaeson K. Benefield, Ty`Leah M. Harrell & Saanai M. Harrell, one brother, Antonio Patterson, three close cousins considered as brothers, Dewayne (Dub) Patterson, Byron (Lil B) Patterson, and Leroy (Roy) Patterson(Nichole) and a host of nieces, nephews and other family. Mack adored his family and was a devoted husband, father, and brother. Mack's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and hard work that will never be forgotten.
