Madalyn "Gene" Simmons

I am so sad to hear of Gene's passing! We worked together at BCU. She was a wonderful and funny lady and I learned so much from her. My heartfelt sympathy to Randye, Brad and families.

Aunt Gene, I remember when we would all gather at the farm each month to celebrate all the birthdays for that month. Everyone would have a cake, but you didn't like cake, so you had a pie with a candle in it. How I miss those days, and I will miss you.

So sorry I couldn't get there. Hugs to all. I still remember when we lived on Ardmoor and I would get in an argument with a sitter, I would run away to Aunt Gene's house. I don't remember if I ever made it, but that was my goal! Love you all and miss her much. Love and kisses
