Madeline McGinley Obituary

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Eileen R. (McGinley) Grover and the late William J. Pitts.
Madeline received her Bachelors of Science from Ursinus College and went on to receive her Doctorate of Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkley, CA. She worked for The Permanente Medical Group in various locations in the San Francisco Bay Area for 20 years. Madeline had a love of animals, adopting rescues and participating in many events benefiting various charities. She also enjoyed traveling the world, visiting Africa and Ireland to name a few.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her nieces Katie, Rachael and Jennifer Denning; step father Gerald Grover; step sisters Marianne Groves and Lisa Marie Grover; her uncles Mark (Agnes) and Michael (Helen) and many cousins. Along with her father, she is predeceased by her brother Ralph Pitts, and sister Ritamarie Denning.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 29 from 9:30 to 10:30 at Huff and Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine, Ave., with a memorial service to start at 10:30.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Madeline's name to the charity of one's choosing.
