Mae leaves to cherish her memory her children, Kathena Nenninger and her partner Hector Serrano, Linda Matthews, Wayne MacDonald, Jr., and Zina Zygmont and her husband Alan, her grandchildren, Kristy Carabetta, Justin and Rebecca Nenninger, Jason and Lena Nenninger, James and Jill Nenninger, John and Annelese Carabetta, Michael Zygmont, Wayne MacDonald III, Melody Margition, Mandy Sweet, Travis and Tiffany Zygmont, 18 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service celebrating Mae's life will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Walnut Grove Cemetery, 817 Old Colony Rd., Meriden.
