Maite Yuleana Rodriguez of Uvalde, Texas, was given her angel wings on May 24, 2022 at the age of 10. She was born on November 17, 2011, in Uvalde, Texas to Ana Isabel and Adrean Rodriguez.
Maite was a sweet girl and those who know and loved her were blessed with her kind, ambitious, friendly and sweet soul. She was an AB honor student who enjoyed learning about animals and the ocean; especially dolphins, whales, and dogs. She dreamt of attending The University of Texas A&M in Corpus Christi to become a Marine Biologist because of her caring heart towards wildlife and the animals within it.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother and step-father, Ana Isabel Rodriguez and Danilo Rodriguez of Uvalde, Texas; father and step-mother, Adrean Rodriguez and Dayami Berenice Rodriguez of Eagle Pass, Texas; maternal grandparents, Jeronimo and Gloria Coronado; paternal grandparents, Pedro and Adreana Rodriguez of Eagle Pass, Texas; brothers, Adrean Rodriguez, Caleb Rodriguez, and Leo Rodriguez; step brother, Angel Garcia; aunts, Maria Coronado of Uvalde, Texas, Barbara Rodriguez of Eagle Pass, Texas, and Vanessa Rodriguez of Uvalde, Texas; uncles, Hector Coronado of Uvalde, Texas, Chris Coronado of Uvalde, Texas, and Jeronimo Coronado of Uvalde, Texas, Juan Rodriguez of San Antonio, Texas and Ernesto Rodriguez of Eagle Pass, Texas.
The visitation will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022, at Rushing Estes Knowles from 2:00PM to 9:00PM with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00PM. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Rushing Estes Knowles from 10:00AM to 7:00PM, with the Funeral Service beginning at 7:00PM.
