Dr Ellis was a man of God whos life touched many people. Certainly mine. I attended church with him at Trinity Wesleyan Church for several years. Not only did he teach Gods word sincerely, but he also had a Godly humor. I always looked foward to the day when I knew he was to teach. I have missed him since I no longer attend Trinity. Not only that good man, but many Saints of God that has gone to be with the Lord that made Trinity so special to me.

Our hearts will be with you all as you memorialize this great and godly man. Distance prevents us from attending but we are confident the Spirit of Life and Comfort with be in attendance. Dr. Ellis was a true servant of God and the People of God. His presence will be deeply missed in our Wesleyan gatherings. God bless you, his family.

Dear Debbie and others of the family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your dad was very dear to you and to all of us who knew him. We respected and admired him for his scholarship and ministry and for his godly life. May God comfort you today and in the days ahead.
