My condolences to the family of this true AMERICAN HERO. I was honor to meet him during a presentation and was humble in his presences. Respect to him who paid the way for many to follow in many different fields. Words such as when others may think one is dumb just based on the color of one skin dig down and learn the information backwards and forwards. Drove me in the United States Navy when I was the only one in the room who look like myself, and is still drives me today as I pressed on through my Master's degree into my Ph.D. to continue to serve all the Military men and Women who exit the service. Thank you sir your body is laying to rest but your spirit and words and successful completion of one of the hardest area shall live on not in one race but in all mankind when the deck is stack against them. I am still humble and so proud of the meeting.

cry for those left behind, for the lonely ones with hollows in their hearts. I ask You to comfort them, give peace, restore hope, and lavish them with love, family, and belonging. In the depths of loss, Father meet them with Yourself.

I cry for the legacy this loved one leaves, for the ways the world has been made different by their presence, for the memories that become both more beautiful and more painful on this side of death. And Father I pray that the work You have accomplished in this remarkable life will grow deeper, wider, and stronger in the days to come, uninhibited by a weak opponent like death. In Jesus precious and Holy name, Amen
